Teachers. Simplicity New Look believe strongly in the importance of education, and in teaching children life skills like sewing, which can be put to good use later in life to create and repair garments in a cost-efficient way. Our teachers' section provides you with plenty of useful resources to support your textiles classes, including a regularly updated list of discounted sewing patterns suitable for use in the classroom. We invite teachers to register a normal account first, and then apply to have teacher privileges granted to this login, allowing you to access the education section of the site.
The Simplicity New Look website is run by the company's UK subsidiary from offices in Stockport in Cheshire, where we have been based since 2002 - before that, Blantyre in Scotland was the European base after 1947, and from 1934 until then Simplicity Ltd was based in London.
We supply Simplicity and New Look sewing patterns by Simplicity Pattern Co, and also distribute Burda sewing patterns, with around 8,000 retailers nationwide carrying our sewing patterns.
